Amy Acker in Much Ado About Nothing!

IMTA alum Amy Acker stars in Joss Whedon's adaptation of Much Ado About Nothing!  Amy competed at IMTA in the nineties and industry great Patrick Baca was integral in scouting and launching her at IMTA. She was one of his callbacks and he cast her on in her first TV role on Hell House for MTV.  Since then, she has starred in Dollhouse, The Good Wife, Angel, Happy Town, Ghost Whisperer, How I Met Your Mother, October Road and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She appeared as Kelly Peyton, the assassin, on the series Alias.

Much Ado About Nothing is an independent feature film shot in black and white and is a modern version of Shakespeare's classic comedy.  It is expected to be released by Lionsgate Films in 2013.
