Brooke Burns to host Hole in the Wall

IMTA alum Brooke Burns and TV personality Mark Thompson will host a Japanese-inspired game show called Hole In The Wall. This brand new reality game show will premiere on Thursday, September 11 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX and is being produced by the same producers as American Idol, called FremantleMedia North America. Each episode of this exciting new series will have two teams consisting of three people. The members of the teams must try to fit through strange and weird cut-out shapes in walls that come speeding toward them. If they don’t make it through then they get knocked into the pool below. The winning team receives $25,000 and also gets the chance to win an additional $100,000 by facing the “Blind Wall.”

Brooke is currently working on a new drama called Mistresses for Lifetime. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the show "revolves around a quartet of thirty-something women who have been friends since college. Brooke will play Shannon, an outspoken and sharp attorney." She just wrapped a role as Nicole in the film Dancing Trees and a television show called Smokejumpers. She starred as Lisa Germain in the hilarious TV show Miss Guided which was produced by IMTA alum Ashton Kutcher on NBC!

Brooke attended IMTA in 1994 in Los Angeles. After pursuing a modeling career, she started working in television, appearing on shows such as A Nero Wolfe Mystery, Ally McBeal, Baywatch, North Shore and Pepper Dennis. She also hosted the game show/reality show hybrid, Dog Eat Dog. She has also starred in movies such as The Salon and The Art of Travel!
